Hampton Inn Grand Rapids-South - Wyoming

I thought i was stepping into luxury, only to find an itchy comforter and semi-dry yogurt. The jets in the hot tub didn't work, obviously a disaster, yet no one cared to assist. I was not offered any complimentary upgrade after these inconveniences, so i guess they just don't value their guests. Quite disappointing!

Was visiting family @nd this hotel ia close to both my mom's place and also my brothers house and not to mention shopping. Beds were comfortable and even though the hotel was full with a lot of families and sport teams it was very quiet at night. Will definitely stay here afain

The room we had included a microwave, a refrigerator and a writing desk. The breakfast was outstanding with a wide array of dishes to choose from. Excellent service, though a few employees were not very helpful.

The pool area was awesome, and my family enjoyed the clean rooms. The wifi was decent, perfect for staying connected during our trip.

Location and cleanliness of the room was really good. The breakfast was hot and plentiful.

The welcome staff seemed distant and uninterested in my questions. The water pressure was low...hence the shower was not as refreshing as expected or desired.

I loved the hassle-free check-in process using the app. The room had enough space, and the setup worked great for my needs, especially with the lap desk and pull-out shelf. Special mention for the pet-friendly policy. My dog even got a goody bag! I had a couple of requests , and the staff promptly brought the items to my room. I found the bed too firm for my taste, a bit uncomfortable for me. The breakfast was decent, but I would've preferred more variety, like plain omelets without cheese and sugar-free yogurt options. The room could use some brighter decor. The overall cleanliness was good, but there were spots in the shower that needed attention. Enjoyed the cozy indoor pool area and complimentary coffee in the lobby, a nice touch. I appreciated the quick response when I had requests, but I faced a few moments where the extra pillows could have been more easily accessible instead of having to go get them myself. The experience for the pet-friendly stay was good, but the bed comfort took a point away from perfection.

Common Areas are awesome. Lobby and dining area are amazing.

Room is pretty basic, but very clean and comfortable. Shower heads need to be replaced. Add shear curtains to allow sunlight in without visability to outside.

The restaurant was good for dinner, it had hot dishes.

I really enjoyed the cozy vibe , especially relaxing in the clean indoor pool and grabbing snacks from the chilled vending machines. The jacuzzi was a great way to unwind after a long day, and I appreciated the consistently provided toiletries. I noticed a few spots in the hallway that could use some touch-up, but it didn't take away from my overall experience 😊

Quality and assortment of hot breakfast is amazing. Spacious,open and comfortable dining/lobby area.Hotel location is perfect, close to multiple freeways and good dining options.

No shear curtains on windows. Bothers me when your only option is to have black out curtains closed so no natural light-or wide open exposure, so all can see in.

It boasts ideal, favourable location next to the downtown area, The Airport, and restaurants.

The bathrooms are dirty.

The hotel is clean, beautiful, with excellent staff communication. We appreciated the efficient service during our wedding party stay. The breakfast offered a good variety!

Convenient location with spacious room and good wi-fi. Sink drain was slow.
